Hello Everyone

I want to invite you to follow my progress with the Wii Fit. I've tried almost every exercise routine out there with no "fire" to continue on after a month. The Wii Fit is fun and I think I can do this. One of the things I like about the Wii is there is NO ONE to see me sweat. Kids don't count because they love you anyways! Plus I don't have to see all those skinny b*itches at the gym that don't do my self esteem any good.

Wii Today

Weight 179lbs...yeah last year at this time I weighed 200lbs so I will take this 179!

Today I broke a couple records. I did 756 in the Super Hula Hoop! Beat my 620 record today.

I start out with yoga, five of them. Then I go to a couple (2-3) strengthening. Wrap it up with the aerobics~ both step exercises, both hula hoops, basic run. Then my 30 minutes is up. Today I had 2 kids just waiting for me to finish so they can do it too! Geez I can't have any fun by myself! LOL!

My Wii Schedule:

Mon-Thurs and Sun morning before work. Thats five days, that should be good right?

I want to do this with someone else...hey friends get a WiiFit soon please.

Everyday I do Wii Fit I will post on here.
