Hello Everyone

I want to invite you to follow my progress with the Wii Fit. I've tried almost every exercise routine out there with no "fire" to continue on after a month. The Wii Fit is fun and I think I can do this. One of the things I like about the Wii is there is NO ONE to see me sweat. Kids don't count because they love you anyways! Plus I don't have to see all those skinny b*itches at the gym that don't do my self esteem any good.

Little Steps

This week not so good. I worked out only 2 days. Yes I have excuses....throwing out my back and female issues all this week.

Am I ready to loose weight....yes! But I'm still full of excuses so I really need to work on that. Ugh!

Did I watch what I ate...yes I did switch oranges w/candy at night so that's good, right!

Lets see if I can do better next week.I'm going to post my goals on Sunday for next week.
