Hello Everyone

I want to invite you to follow my progress with the Wii Fit. I've tried almost every exercise routine out there with no "fire" to continue on after a month. The Wii Fit is fun and I think I can do this. One of the things I like about the Wii is there is NO ONE to see me sweat. Kids don't count because they love you anyways! Plus I don't have to see all those skinny b*itches at the gym that don't do my self esteem any good.

Monday 1/12-Wii Progress

Well I lost .7 lbs since last week so not quite a pound but close enough, right!

But my Wii Age today is 46...um not good!

I did 5 yoga, 4 strength, 4 aerobics then my sweet DD thought I did enough and wanted lunch. I didn't make 1st place today on anything but I still was hitting 3rd or 4th.

This week schedule is Mon-Thur and either Sat/Sun. I want to do this everyday and see what results I can get.
