Hello Everyone

I want to invite you to follow my progress with the Wii Fit. I've tried almost every exercise routine out there with no "fire" to continue on after a month. The Wii Fit is fun and I think I can do this. One of the things I like about the Wii is there is NO ONE to see me sweat. Kids don't count because they love you anyways! Plus I don't have to see all those skinny b*itches at the gym that don't do my self esteem any good.

Yes I'm still doing the Wii!

I've been working out on the Wii at least 2-4 times a week. I haven't lost anything but my energy level is higher.

My schedule is Wed-Fri for sure! I try to fit 1-2 more in or just do the free step.

I've been working out 30-45 minutes each time. I notice a difference so I'm not going to trip on not loosing the weight yet. It's funny every time I hop on the board it acts like I just put a elephant on it instead of myself, it makes a strange noise! That's a bit irritating but it does it to my 4yr old too and she is a skinny minnie so that made me feel better.

I at least come in 1st on 2-4 exercises a day.

May "fav" is the free step. I did 1072 steps in 10 minutes, loved it!

I'm keeping up with , slowly but surely!

Oh yeah...

I placed 1st in 4 of my workouts today. I broke 4 records...woohoo!

I lost a 1.5

So I guess I evened out! LOL

Anyways I worked out 3x since last week. I will do 2-3 more times this week. I would love a WiiFit buddy. I'm waiting for my friend to get her WiiFit but she can't find one, ugh!

My daughter (almost 5) always wants to mimic me when I'm working out and it's very distracting. I ask her to stop but she doesn't care if it makes me laugh and I loose my concentration.

I'm on my way...skinny Pam just hold on, I'm getting there 1 lb at a time, lol!

I gained a 1lb!

Well that does happen when you don't work out! I got back on the Wii today because I need to loose weight. My workout consisted of yoga, hula hoop, step, and running. I was a true hula hoop queen today...788 baby!

I will be working out on Thurs and Fri.

There is something happening on Wii Mommies on Fri so I need to check that out.

Ugh! Starting Over ~Week of Feb 2

I'm done being fat! I am so done but why can't I commit to loosing this weight! I find other things to do during the day and make a lot of excuses. BAD PAM!!!! I don't want it as much I say I do I guess. Little steps I guess and COMMIT to it.

Tomorrow back on and NO EXCUSES! I will post on here what I did and that way I can be accountable to at least the blog world.

My goal this week is to workout 5x (Mon-Fri) for 30 minutes each.

Little Steps

This week not so good. I worked out only 2 days. Yes I have excuses....throwing out my back and female issues all this week.

Am I ready to loose weight....yes! But I'm still full of excuses so I really need to work on that. Ugh!

Did I watch what I ate...yes I did switch oranges w/candy at night so that's good, right!

Lets see if I can do better next week.I'm going to post my goals on Sunday for next week.

Messed Up

I did my Wii Fit workout today and then my dd wanted ICE CREAM so guess where we just got back from. I'm bad!!!! Not good if I want to loose weight. Ice cream not good!
