I haven't lost anything but my energy level is higher. <br /><br />My schedule is Wed-Fri for sure! I try to fit 1-2 more in or just do the free step. <br /><br />I've been working out 30-45 minutes each time. I notice a difference so I'm not going to trip on not loosing the weight yet. It's funny every time I hop on the board it acts like I just put a elephant on it instead of myself, it makes a strange noise! That's a bit irritating but it does it to my 4yr old too and she is a skinny minnie so that made me feel better.<br /><br />I at least come in 1st on 2-4 exercises a day. <br /><br />May "fav" is the free step. I didn't make 1st place today on anything but I still was hitting 3rd or 4th.<br /><br />This week schedule is Mon-Thur and either Sat/Sun. I did 756 in the Super Hula Hoop! Beat my 620 record today. <br /><br />I start out with yoga, five of them. Then I go to a couple (2-3) strengthening. Wrap it up with the aerobics~ both step exercises, both hula hoops, basic run. Then my 30 minutes is up. Today I had 2 kids just waiting for me to finish so they can do it too! Geez I can't have any fun by myself! LOL!<br /><br />My Wii Schedule:<br /><br />Mon-Thurs and Sun morning before work. Wow that changed after a month. Now maybe once a week....or every 2 weeks, lol! People were commenting on my weight loss and I felt sooooo good. Then the holiday stress and pressure set in and opps I forgot all about my Wii Fit. <br /><br />This week I need to make the step to get back on. I want to do at least 4 days a week.
