Hello Everyone

I want to invite you to follow my progress with the Wii Fit. I've tried almost every exercise routine out there with no "fire" to continue on after a month. The Wii Fit is fun and I think I can do this. One of the things I like about the Wii is there is NO ONE to see me sweat. Kids don't count because they love you anyways! Plus I don't have to see all those skinny b*itches at the gym that don't do my self esteem any good.

Yes I'm still doing the Wii!

I've been working out on the Wii at least 2-4 times a week. I haven't lost anything but my energy level is higher.

My schedule is Wed-Fri for sure! I try to fit 1-2 more in or just do the free step.

I've been working out 30-45 minutes each time. I notice a difference so I'm not going to trip on not loosing the weight yet. It's funny every time I hop on the board it acts like I just put a elephant on it instead of myself, it makes a strange noise! That's a bit irritating but it does it to my 4yr old too and she is a skinny minnie so that made me feel better.

I at least come in 1st on 2-4 exercises a day.

May "fav" is the free step. I did 1072 steps in 10 minutes, loved it!

I'm keeping up with , slowly but surely!
